“There’s a big truck in my yard that I wasn’t told about,” Morgan said mildly.

The narrowing of Blayne’s eyes let him know that he had heard the underlying rebuke. Blayne crossed his arms over his chest.

“If you would meet with me, as I have been asking you to do, you would know,” Blayne replied in the same mild tone.

“Tell me now.” Morgan refused to feel guilty.

“It’s the new computers for our system upgrade. They’re for in here, in the barns, and other places. Also for the breeding area,” Blayne replied.

Morgan nodded. He remembered Gibson saying something about Blayne upgrading their systems, and linking the computers that needed it to interface with the breeding operation. However, Morgan hadn’t known it would involve new computers. Blayne was shuffling papers on the desk.

“I need some place to put the equipment until I can get it all installed.”

“They’re not going to install it?”

Blayne glanced up and gave him a dirty look. “Like I would let them do that.” He went back to what he was doing.

“Fine. Put them in my office.”

Blayne paused, looking at him again. “Are you sure?”

“Go ahead. Shouldn’t be that bad,” Morgan said.

“Fine. I’m going to be swapping out the old systems for the new ones over the next few days.” Blayne picked up some papers and strode around the desk.

Morgan started after his retreating figure. Blayne paused in the office doorway.

“Is there anything else?” His tone was blatantly insolent.

“No.” Morgan bared his teeth.

Blayne leaned against the open doorway and studied him. After a few moments, he asked, “Is there a reason you’ve been avoiding me?”

Morgan stiffened. “I haven’t. I’ve been busy running my ranch.”

“Yeah, that’s what you’ve been doing. Keep telling yourself that.” Blayne made a flipping motion with his hand.

He turned and walked away. Morgan gritted his teeth. He wouldn’t admit it out loud, but Blayne’s words were very true. Gibson had filled him in on some of the things they had planned for the office, but had told him that he and Blayne needed to discuss some things. Morgan had waved it off, stating that he was too busy. Blayne could do what he wanted. He had ignored Gibson’s look and gone back to work. Blayne had been trying to get to talk to him for days, and he had been avoiding it. Morgan strode back outside. He glanced at Blayne, who was standing by the truck with the driver. Blayne glanced up, then away. A woof made him look down.

“Traitor,” he said to Dwayne.

Dwayne woofed again. Morgan patted his head. Dwayne ran to Blayne. Morgan frowned, then went to the barn. Drake waited for him by the door.

“Sure is a big truck,” Drake said.

“It’s computers. He’s upgrading them. He’s replacing the ones in various barns and places. He’ll probably need to get into your house to do the one in your office. He’s creating some sort of program to link them all.” Morgan frowned. ”He mentioned other places, too.”

“What other places?” Drake asked.

Morgan stared at him. Drake gave him a funny look.

“Morgan, you don’t know.”

Morgan pushed him out of his way. He ignored Drake’s bark of laughter.

The next morning, Ash walked into the barn. Spotting Kincaid, he walked over. He stiffened when he realised what he was doing.

“I told you not to touch that.” He strode rapidly over to him, jerking Kincaid’s hand off his saddle.

Kincaid pulled at his hand. Ash tightened his grip and pulled Kincaid into him. Kincaid pulled back, trying to get loose. Ash refused to let him go. They grappled. Kincaid stilled, then raised an eyebrow. His expression was insolent.

“If you wanted to hold my hand all you had to do was ask,” Kincaid said.

Ash narrowed his eyes and leant into his face. “If I wanted you, I wouldn’t have to ask.”

He let him go. Kincaid flexed his hand. Ash turned to the saddle, looking it over to make sure he hadn’t messed it up. He grunted when he noted it wasn’t harmed.

“I wouldn’t mess it up.” Kincaid sounded offended.

Ash stood, crossing his arms over his chest. “How would you feel if I messed with one of the bikes you were building?”

Kincaid frowned, then grunted. “Pissy. I get it, man. Won’t touch it again.”

Ash nodded. Kincaid ran his hands through his unruly black hair, then cocked his head to the side.

“As for that crack about not having to ask me if you wanted me…someone is delusional. I don’t get taken. I do the taking.” His tone was arrogant.

Kincaid walked away. Ash grabbed his arm. Kincaid went stiff, looking at where Ash’s hand held his arm. He raised his head, arching that infernal eyebrow. Ash shifted his body closer to Kincaid’s. He sank his fingers into either side of Kincaid’s hair, gripping him, then kissed him. Ash stroked his tongue along the seam of Kincaid’s lips, demanding entrance. Kincaid shuddered, then opened up.

The book I mentioned that I subbed—the next book in my Impressions series—I’m hoping to have some news I can share with soon. . When I can I will post details on that book.

I’m feeling better about catching up. Got a lot done this week. Yay!

Although Enrique’s voice was soft, his eyes were intense. The look was possessive and reminded Aidan of what they had shared.

“You have no idea, do you?”

Aidan stared at him. “No.”

“What are you doing here?” Enrique asked instead of answering his initial question.

“I’m a professor,” Aidan responded.

Enrique leaned against the wall. Aidan watched the way his perfect body moved, taking in everything. This close, he could see the outline of Enrique’s cock pressing against the front of his jeans.

“Well, I’m pleased we’ll be working together,” Enrique said. “I’m your grad student for the class.”

Aidan was speechless, but only for a moment. Then he found his voice. “What? You’re a student at UH?”

“No. I’m only here for this class. I go to Collins University, which offers a better mathematics programme.” Enrique smiled and stepped closer to him. “I’m looking forward to all those late-night lessons,” he said, voice deep and intoxicating with the arousal that coloured his every word.

Aidan swallowed thickly. “That won’t be happening.”

Enrique shrugged and muttered something that sounded suspiciously like, “We’ll see,” before glancing at Aidan sharply. “You still haven’t answered my question. Why didn’t you call, Aidan?”

“It’s moot now. You’re working as my student teacher. We can’t…that can never happen again,” he whispered savagely, his gaze holding Enrique’s.

Enrique might not be a student at the University of Hollisville but, with them working together, it would be reckless for Aidan to continue a relationship with him.

Enrique moved forwards and flashed him a brilliant smile. “We’ll see.”

“Huh. What—”

“I’m not going to worry about what happens with us. I’ll just let what comes happen naturally.” Enrique ran a hand along the front of his slacks.

Aidan pressed against him before catching himself and pulling back. “Not going to happen.”

“That’s what you think, Prof.” Enrique stepped into him and kissed him.

His kiss was hungry and claiming. Aidan moaned into the wanton kiss. Enrique’s arms came around him, holding him tightly. Aidan gripped his back, pulling closer to his body. Grinding his hard erection against him, Aidan moaned. Then, as suddenly as he’d grabbed him, Enrique let him go. He removed Aidan’s arms gently from around him, then stepped back.

“We can be together if you just let it happen. The choice is up to you.”

It’s Friday Boggie time. So what happened this week that made me boggie?

Wow it’s been a while since I posted a Friday Boogie. I’ve been busy with some personal things. Now things have calmed down I’m slowly catching up on some things. I’m busy writing and am loving the story I am working on at the moment. It’s the next book in my Encounters series. I also subbed the next book in my Impressions series. Details on that book I will post as soon as I have some I can share.

Miguel withdrew, then turned and walked away. Robert pressed against the door, locking his knees so he didn?t fall. Miguel stopped at the base of the stairs and looked at Robert over his shoulder.

He paused, taking a breath before going inside. His breath whooshed out as he took in the sight before him. Miguel was naked. All that butterscotch skin was looking very lickable. Miguel was sprawled across his big, king-sized bed, his fingers curled around his cock, stroking himself. Enthralled, Robert walked over to the bed.

“Strip,” Miguel said.

Taggart exited his car and waited for Rhodes by the open door. Rhodes stopped in front of him, a small smile on his face.

“What?”

“It wasn’t such a bad date after all.” Rhodes leaned closer.

“And others?”

“I forget all I was taught.” Taggart chuckled. “It comes and goes.”

“We’re the same age.”

“You’re a few months older.” Rhodes clicked his tongue. “Older men are so sexy.” “Smart-assing even at the end of the date. The correct way to end a date is to be kind, gentle, and sweet.” Taggart’s lips twitched.

Rhodes snorted and they both started to laugh. They leaned against each other, chuckling. Taggart thought of their date. They had laughed a lot. He found he enjoyed hearing Rhodes laugh.

“You like my laugh, huh.” Rhodes smirked.

Taggart blinked, not realizing he had said the words out loud. He shifted, sliding his arms around Rhodes’s waist and pulling him closer. Rhodes moved, Taggart knew, just like himself. If Rhodes didn’t want to, he’d have never gotten him to. His giving in made Taggart’s cock harden. Taggart sensed the strength within Rhodes and knew it would be a formidable match to his own. His mind filled with images of Rhodes pinned below him as they sparred. Taggart moaned, pressing his lips against Rhodes’s. He opened and Taggart licked inside his mouth.
